Criteria for ST/GST

One of the major problems with the historical work in systems thinking is the lack of consensus on or even a draft list of the characteristics that MUST be part of a complete theory of systems. Without vigorous debate and decision/exclusion on these characteristics, it has been difficult to enable true progress and evolution of the field of study. There is nothing to guide the field or use to evaluate diverse formulations. You will find here some of my thoughts on what such criteria for a general theory of systems should include.
